i almost thought this place might be decent until i discovered the pool was closed and the elevators were out of service. and really, a room with a fan blowing for comfort? don't even get me started on the dusty towel rack and stained bedding. you’d think they’d offer some sort of compensation for all that chaos, but no.

The friendly staff was a highlight, making the stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing to find the hot tub and sauna out of order. The room was clean, but the bed was quite firm, which wasn't ideal for restful sleep.

However, the hot tub and sauna were out of service, creating a disappointing experience since relaxation was a primary reason for our choice. Additionally, unclear charges for our pet left a sour note on what could have otherwise been an excellent stay.
